WILLIAM E. GOLDEN
William E. Golden, 83, of Carlisle and formerly of Chambersburg and Amberson, died Monday, December 5, 2016 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born January 24, 1933 in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late George and Mary (Rowe) Golden.
Mr. Golden was retired from Ingersoll Rand, Shippensburg, where he had worked as a welder.
Surviving are his wife: Sally (Beam) Golden of Amberson; a son: Keena Golden of Carlisle; two daughters: Deborah Davidson and Pamela Strickler, both of Shippensburg; grandchildren: Becky Leach, Shayne Golden, Kimberly Bricker, Elizabeth Erb, Justin Strickler, Samantha Fogelsanger and Amanda Strickler; 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and one brother; Wilber Golden of Airville, Pa.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
