Viola M. Price, 93, of Boiling Springs, died Wed. Dec.. 29, 2010 in Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle.
Born Dec. 20, 1917 in Columbia, Pa, she was the daughter of John and Helen (Swingler) Rupp and the widow of James Price who died Oct. 21, 1995.
Mrs. Price was retired from the former Naval Supply Depot, Mechanicsburg.
Surviving are a daughter: Patricia Gottshall of Boiling Springs; a brother: Carl Rupp of Columbia, Pa; two granddaughters: Kim Giselman of Carlisle and Dee Paulus of Boiling Springs; four great grandchildren: Rachel Giselman of Mt. Joy, Lauren Giselman of Philadelphia; Shane and Amanda Paulus, both of Boiling Springs.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ronan Funeral Home, 255 York Road, Carlisle with Irvin Martin officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Boiling Springs. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
