Rafael Angel Santiago, 68, of Tampa, FL, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 6, 2016 in Carlisle.
Mr. Santiago was a truck driver for UPS Freight and was a US Air Force veteran.
Surviving are his wife: Eusabia (Velasquez) Sangtiago. Also, surviving are Maria Ruiz, Jose Santiago, Carlos Perez, Mitzi Velasquez and Thomas Bralley.
Services will be held in Tampa at a later date.
