Mary Louise Weidner, 83, formerly of Boiling Springs, died Monday, Oct. 18, 2010 in the Sara A. Todd Memorial Home, Carlisle.
Born July 25, 1927 in Clearfield, Pa, she was a daughter of the late L. Merlin and Lillie C. Taylor McCorkle. She was the widow of Clyde W. Weidner, Sr. who died Aug 23, 2006.
Mrs. Weidner was retired from the Merchants and Businessmens Mutual Insurance Company, Harrisburg.
She was a member of M&B Alumni Association.
Mary Louise greatly enjoyed her family.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Gloria Jean Thomas & a brother: Richard (Dick) McCorkle.
Surviving are two daughters; Catharine L. Weidner and Jane L. Weidner, both of Carlisle; a son: Clyde W. Weidner, Jr. & wife Kathy of Carlisle. a grandson: Frederick W. L. Weidner & wife Stacey of Reading Pa.and a great granddaughter: Madalynn Reese.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Friday, Oct, 22, 2010 from the Ronan Funeral Home, 255 York Road, Carlisle, with the Rev. Susan Williamson officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 - 10:00 a.m.
