MARK M. MORKIN
Mark Michael Morkin, 32, of Carlisle, died unexpectedly Tuesday, April 9, 2013 in Carlisle.
Born March 26, 1981 in Pittsburgh, Pa, he was the son of Thomas E. and Karla K. (Rearick) Morkin of Carlisle.
Mark was a graduate of Hickory High School, Hermitage, Pa Class of 2000 and had attended HACC. He was a self-employed computer technician.
He was last a member of St. Ursula Parish, Allison Park, Pa. and was a former member of Boy Scout Troop 329 in Allison Park.
Surviving in addition to his parents, are a son: Own Thomas Morkin of Pittsburgh; two sisters: Sarah A. Angelo of Lake Ariel, Pa and Elizabeth S. Treater, and husband Eric, of Wexford, Pa; nieces: Amanda and Kaylee Treater of Wexford; nephew: Brady Todd Angelo of Lake Ariel; paternal grandmother: Ruth Ann (Morkin) Webster and maternal grandparents: Quay and Elaine Rearick of Flagler Beach, Fl and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held at 2:30 P. M. Saturday, April 13, 2013 from the Ronan Funeral Home, 255 York Road, Carlisle with the Rev. Dwight D. Schlaline officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 12 Noon until 2:30 P. M. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Sadler Health Center Corp. 100 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, Pa 17013 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
