Judith Iten

Judy A. Iten, 80, of Carlisle, PA,  passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Westshore Hospital in Mechanicsburg, PA, on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.  She was born May 09, 1939, in Hoboken, New Jersey, the daughter of Thelma and William Mastrolia.

Judy is survived by her husband, Robert J. Iten. They recently celebrated their fifty -fourth wedding anniversary at the Claremont Nursing Home where Judy resided for six months.  She is also survived by her daughter, Michele  M. Hamilton, her husband, Jeff B. Hamilton, a son, Dale R. Iten , a daughter- in- law, Monica L. Iten, and two grandchildren,  Alexander Robert and Kevin Michael Iten.

Prior to retiring, Judy was a pharmacy technician at  West Point’s Keller Army Hospital in New York State and more recently, she was an administrator for Social Security in Harrisburg, Pa. She enjoyed bingo, reading, shopping, cooking, and being with her family.

A life celebration will be shared on Saturday, July 13, 2019,  beginning at 2:00PM at the Ronan Funeral Home in Carlisle, PA.
