JODY RHOADS

Jody Rhoads, 52, of Carlisle, died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 1, 2014.

Born January 28, 1962 in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late Frank and May Jane (Bowers) Hippensteel. She was the widow of John R. Rhoads, Jr. who died July 24, 2013.

Jody was a breast cancer survivor and was employed at Amazon, Carlisle.

Surviving are two sons:  Eric Parsons of Newville and Ryan Parsons of Carlisle; three brothers:  Robert Hippensteel of Mt. Holly Springs; Frank Hippensteel and Brian Hippensteel, both of Carlisle; and four grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
