James H. Patterson, 77, of Carlisle, died Monday, Oct. 3, 2016 in the Holy Spirit Hospital.
Born October 3, 1939 in East Berlin, Pa, he was a son of the late Harry and Anna (Gayman) Patterson.
Mr. Patterson was a retired scrap dealer. He was a member of Eagles Aerie #1299, Carlisle and the Minnequa Social Club, Shippensburg. Jim loved fishing, collecting antiques, attending sales and the local livestock auction, but loved his family more than anything else.
Surviving are his children: daughter Anna Miller of Dallastown, Son James (Susannah) Patterson of Thomasville, son Kevin Smith of Carlisle, daughter Rose and daughter Leetha Phillips of Liberty, MO, 7 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 10, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. from the Ronan Funeral Home, Carlisle. Viewing Monday 10:00 A. M. until time of service.
