Howard Lomax Manning, Jr., 55, of Carlisle passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at UPMC Carlisle.

Born March 5, 1965 in Ft. Meade, MD, he was the son of the late Howard Manning, Sr. and Freddie B. (Jennings) Manning.

Howard had been employed at CIT, Mechanicsburg, and was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Carlisle.

Surviving are his four sisters:  Linda A. Manning, Vanessa L. (Joseph R.) Brown, Phyllis J. Wallace and Barabara K. (Tarrin A.) Carpenter, all of Carlisle and a host of nieces and nephews.

Homegoing services will held on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. from the Ronan Funeral Home, 255 York Road, Carlisle, with the Rev. Sylvester Brown officiating.  Burial will follow in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens.  Viewing will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.

Current COVID-19 guidelines of social distancing and masks are required.  Due to attendance limits you may be asked to wait until the numbers have cleared sufficiently to permit your entrance.

Service will be live streamed on Ronan Funeral Home Facebook page beginning at 10:50 AM.
