Betty J. Bentzel, 89, of Newville, died Monday, March 14, 2016 in Manor Care, Carlisle.
Born Jne 3, 1926 in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Hattie (Garlin) Mumper.
Mrs. Bentzel was a member of the First Church of God, Carlisle. She was retired from Carolina Freight.
Surviving are her husband: Geroge M. Bentzel; a son: William Tritt, Jr. of the phillipines; a daughter: Sherry Brenneman of Newville and grandchildren: Tammy Greek, Daphnee Maroni, Nikki Tritt and Amber Cooper and nine great grandchildren.
She was the last of her immediate family.
Services were private at the convenience of the family.
