LEONARD E. “POST” YOST

Leonard E. “Post” Yost, passed away Wed. April 11, 2007 after enjoying the Easter Holiday with his family.

Born Sept. 22, 1939 in Franklintown, Pa, Post was one of 11 children in a large and loving family. He graduated in the class of 1957 from Carlisle High School. He was a professional career truck drive for Clouse Trucking , Inc. for the past 45 years.

Post was a member of many local fraternal organizations. He enjoyed Branson, Mo, NASCAR races, golf, trucking and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years: Patricia (Quigley) Yost; 2 sons: Randy and Ray and daughter in law Sandy; 4 grandchildren: Katie, Corey, Kyle and Kayla; 1 brother: Bob; 5 sisters: Ruth Ann, Darlene, Shelva, Beverly and Elderrean.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007 from the Ronan Funeral Home, 255 York Road, Carlisle, with the Rev. Timothy Funk officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. Viewing will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 9-11 a.m.
