VIRGINIA R. WALTON

Virginia R. Walton, 68, of 506 Mill Race Road, Carlisle, died Monday, Jan. 29, 2007 at home.

Born Aug. 15, 1938 in Baton Rouge, LA, she was a daughter of the late Johnny Lee and Mary Ruth Steinken Walton.

Ms. Walton was a Registered Nurse, having worked at numerous nursing homes in the Carlisle area and most recently at Manor Care, Carlisle. She was also an AARP volunteer.

Surviving are 4 daughters: Karin Langlois, Jody Caley, Gabrielle Anderson and Rachel Czyz; 3 sons: Jonathan, Timothy and Daniel Spirk; 6 grandchildren: Jonathan and Andrew Caley, Mia and Hayden Anderson and Jeremiah and Joshua Czyz; a brother: Guy and 3 sisters: Barbara, Jane and Judy.

Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Frid. Feb. 2, 2007from the Ronan Funeral Home, 255 York Road, Carlisle. The Rev. Dave Hess will officiate. Viewing will be at the funeral home on Friday from 11: 00 am until time of service. Burial will be private.
