Robert W. Maschmeyer
 
Robert W. Maschmeyer, 65, of Carlisle, passed awayTuesday, December 20, 2005 at home.

He was born August 12, 1940 in Albany, NY to the late  George W. and Elizabeth B. Hallyburton Brown Maschmeyer.
 
He was a graduate of Lower Merion High School; a United States Navy veteran, member of the US Navy
honor guard; former President of St. Patrick's Sports Association, Carlisle High School Sports Association and the West Shore Twilight Baseball
League; former baseball coach for the Carlisle Area Teener League and the Carlisle Twilight team; retired from the Mechanicsburg Naval Depot.
 
Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Virginia Anne (Bonnie) Brown Maschmeyer; 3 sons, Robert (husband of Lorie) of Mechanicsburg, Brian T. (husband
of Nicole) and Craig M. (husband of Lauren) of Allentown; daughter Jennifer A of Hilton Head, SC; sister Carol Vanderhoff of Pickerington, Ohio; 4 grandchildern, 8 nephews and 4 neices.
 
Visitation will be held at the Ronan Funeral Home, 255 York Road, Carlisle, on Thursday, December 22, 2005 from 6-7 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 7:00 pm.  The Rev. William Gettins will officiate.
