
JUNE E. GUTSHALL
June E. Gutshall, 80, of 33 Stonehedge Drive, Carlisle, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 8, 2005 in the Thornwald Home, Carlisle.
Born May 29, 1925 in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Mabel Yost Richwine. She was the widow of Russell Gutshall, II.
Mrs. Gutshall retired in 1990 from the former AMP Inc., where she was a crystal finisher. She had also been employed at the former McCoy Electronics and Knouse Foods. For many years she assisted her husband in operating the family farm.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Carlisle, a faithful member of the Rose Geiman Sunday School Class and had taught Sunday School for many years.
She loved reading and cultivating her flower gardens.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter and a brother, Paul Richwine.
Surviving are a daughter: Jean Rossman-Ryan of Melville, L.I., NY; two sons: Russell Gutshall, III and his wife, Wanita of Shippensburg and David L. Gutshall and his wife, Patricia, of Dillsburg; four sisters: Doris Rhoads and Flo Keck, both of Carlisle; Janet Thrush of Boiling Springs and Lois Wagner of Mechanicsburg; 5 brothers: Ralph Richwine, Jr., of Carlisle; Lee Richwine, Donald Richwine and Jay Richwine, all of Mechanicsburg and Earl Richwine of Arizona; five grandchildren: Angela Bistline, Candy Overmiller, Rusty Gutshall, Jodi Lynne Greco and Edward G. Rossman, Jr. and seven great grandchildren: Colton and Abigail Bistline, Sydney and Chloe Overmiller and Taylor and Mason Greco and soon to be born: Russell Gutshall, V.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2005 from the Ronan Funeral Home, 255 York Road, Carlisle, with the Rev. Edward T. DAgostino officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Monroe Township. Viewing will be at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m.
